This app does not work. Multiple updates have not fixed it. Anything I try to do is met with the error message “we are unable to sign you in at this time. Please try again later.” Huge waste of time and zero user support.
App keeps logging me out while using it. I need to re renter my PIN almost every 30 seconds even while filling in forms.
Update: The developer was extremely responsive and suggested they will research the stated issues. I was eventually able to access the different medical practice websites. Thanks for the attention! This app does not allow access to messages from practices that are added after the initial provider.
I login, it shows my picture at the top as it does, then my picture disappears, and it is blank without my info. I have used the app for several years but now even when I renter my info it doesn’t keep it:(
Difficult to navigate and comprehend. I avoid using it when at all possible.
Called about a bill statement that keeps being sent to me by mail and email. The person I talked to last told me I had to contact Medicare myself to fix the billing issue which Medicare was billed as primary care insurance which it’s not. United healthcare is my primary insurance and Medicare is my secondary insurance. I’m not sure what I can do since I’m not the billing provider. Any suggestions or suggestions please lmk Update, called Medicare and sure enough my statement was billed wrong by the billing department according to the Medicare agent who I spoke with called back billing department and told them what I was told and that Medicare said they need to call them to fix the problem not me the patient.
Search functionality is useless. Providers code refers to wrong location but I cannot select the correct location from the list (which is nonsensical). My provider shows up in the alphabetical list but you cannot click on her. So I enter the clinic zip code and provider name and get no results. Enter provider last or first/ still no results. If I try to search my provider- I see the name but when I click it opens a different provider. I gave up and am deleting the app.
The staff was awesome I love it there best OB GYN I’ve been too.
I absolutely LOVE the app it’s soooo very convenient to have the option to check in, schedule appointments, look at your babies health records. Thank you TLC for the convenience of this APP.

You can’t use this app to make appointments with the provider (Potomac pediatrics/Popnow). This is very inconvenient.
I know some think I have wrote to much. I appreciate it is available if need be. I have horrible memory issues and can feel anxious at times and being able to tell my provider or nurse has helped me
I receive an email about an upcoming appt but cannot check in. It seems like there are more steps than necessary.
Very difficult to navigate sending messages. Offers patient no value other than the ability to send messages after hours.
There are bugs everywhere this app is a joke.
It took me a while to begin using ‘yet another app’, but of all the apps I use related to health care, this is the easiest and most reliable. It’s easy to view results, make an appointment or message my provider; and she responds quickly! Great choice.
After few minutes of not having the app open you have to do it all over again. Why so extra?
I love that I get a fast response & even when they call me they are so friendly.
I have two different providers that use this app and it’s difficult to toggle between both. I click to pay my bill and nothing comes up. I try to click summaries for one provider and it switches to the other.
I wrote a review trashing this app, and they clearly heard me because everything I hated about it is completely redesigned and the result is outstanding. Just a year ago I was only using Healow on my iPhone because every time I tried to log in on my iPad it would lock me out of the app so I had to reset my credential. The editor for portal messaging was hideously simplistic but now it’s every bit as good as any out there. If I could rate an app’s improvement I would rate Healow 5/5 because now it’s my e-healthcare MVP.

Where can I find test results at?
My appointment fell on a Tuesday afternoon, I woke up Monday morning to cancel my appointment after finding my insurance has terminated. I could not contact anyone over the weekend to cancel my appointment. They charged me 100 dollars to cancel because they said it fell within 48 hours, when I couldn’t contact anyone before hand. I reached out the moment their doors opened. This apps support team didn’t help me, they are the ones enforcing it. You guys make therapy terrifying. Awful service

Why do I have to log out to change to a different doctor?
Not user friendly. Cannot see lab results or physicians explanation. Only shows your bill.

This is so much more difficult to navigate than any of my other providers’ healthcare portal apps. I have to scroll through the entire history of every medical issue I have ever had to get to a summary after a visit. Clicking to go to a different section for one provider takes me to another provider instead, and I can never easily get to the information that I need. And even though they’re in the same system, it doesn’t keep my medication list consistent between providers. I would rather just call the doctor’s office to get any information I need, and I hate making phone calls.
Healow is great once you get in and get all the codes but if it's been a year since you've been in it's is confusing.
This app is very easy to use and very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.
The app doesn't work. I entered everything to log in, name, code, but it doesn't go to my account. It just loads for an hour and nothing. Everything is fine with the network and updates, all other apps work.
This app is helpful for parent information. Able to see appointments and more.

This is the clunkiest most user unfriendly system I have ever seen. Other practices (Capital Health, Princeton Health) have much better systems. Please upgrade.
I like this app I first thought it was going to be stupid but it makes it super easy for seeing appointments refilling medication and accessing records

I have been trying to access my child’s annual physical record, and I’m appalled by the absolute lunacy of this app. From creating false passwords to not making basic functional progress, I would never recommend this product.
App cannot find my practice location. Very frustrating. Why go to the trouble to add the app, enter your information and be completely unable to use it???

Not helpful when need adding new Dr it’s very frustrating.
Zufall has always been very hard for me to get in contact with over the phone due to high volume calls. Even my voice ails seem to get lost in the process. Whenever I send a message through the app, someone always reaches out though. I also like being able to see the results of my visit.
I can’t click off of the app onto anything without having to reenter my PIN code. Do not waste your time on this stupid app
I get emails and texts to confirm my appointment on the app. Yet there is no way to do that. Can’t confirm by phone because it’s an automated system that doesn’t have the option either.
