This is the worst app in the whole world You cannot edit your own home information email or phone number in the app you have to go through the doctors offices, it is terribly hard to add another your profile I don’t know who this or who sell it to the Doctors but whoever thought it up must be making money and the doctors are getting scammed by because he is terrible This is a retired physician for 40 years never ever have my patience deal with such a poor app

Awful never been able to use it can’t even use it to pay for my doctor bill would not recommend it don’t know why they use it

I have three doctors' offices on healow now and this is the worst app for medical that I have ever used. I could write a book, a long story on the problems but all I can do is complain about this and deal or talk to each office or healow and share there also. Degusting

I will NOT give my credit card info in order to “verify my location” in order to use this app. I my Dr wants to talk with me, she will just have to call me.

Worst app to track your health info. Never works properly, nothing but frustration trying to navigate and find the info. Someone is spending a lot of money for a poorly managed app. I’ve finally deleted from my phone after years of being aggravated by its poor functionality.

I don't like the app because it is not easy to figure out how to switch from one doctor to another - There should be a menu option for the doctors "practice ID" which by the way is a stupid name for their unique identifier as it looks like you expect me to practice using the app using that code. My bigest beef is that there is no place to enter the Practice ID

App is terrible. For the life of me I can not get it to add my children. We have been trying for months.

Healow forces me to set up a passcode on my iPad or iPhone, I am not going to use the app anymore, I don't want to be forced to do that.

Agree with the majority of all of these reviews. - NOTHING works for me and see no benefit Can never get in because of user name or password not agreeing with what I have and wrote down when tried to sign in. NO HELP or CUSTOMER SUPPORT or access. Don’t know how some understand and rate so high. Guess 95% of us just ignorant

Have attempted to use this app with a few physicians and it has never worked. The antithesis if intuitive. Do not waste your time or energy.

One of the worst medical portals ever. No app for the iPad that at least has Air Print so one can print their lab results. No provision for that on the phone app. My other provider uses Epic. Light years ahead of this stone age app. Also, no phone support. My guess? They'll be out of business in a year.

The company running the app is totally useless giving automated replies for the problems. The link the doctor sends cannot logon with, only way to logon is send a verification link to your mobile phone and then when you make a password it will not allow you to logon with it even though it shows correct when trying to reset it. When I contacted the company eclinical they keep sending me the same automated replies. Horrible app as it is impossible to logon, they need to fix it.

Continues to fail, app wont allow user to add a required security question, then gives you a "failed login" message, no link to contact for assistance

This App is extremely user friendly and VERY helpful. A lot of people are busy, but taking care of our health matters most. This App helps me keep in touch with my doctor, schedule and set reminders for my appointments and, most importantly, it helped me manage my medications. I set alarms that remind me when to take them, so I never get too consumed in my work or daily endeavors as to forget. Im very happy with this App!

This app is great for keeping track of your BP and Weight! It can use some work on your medications! It is very confusing! Also needs work on appointments!

I really like that I can find my appointments, and my medications list. I am very dissatisfied with the email in this app. I am an I-OS user and the email just doesnt work. I tried to email my physician on numerous occasions. Her email address doesnt appear so I can only send a general message. I dislike this, so have ceased using Healow app to connect with my provider electronically. I call the office and leave a message.

This app is a nice tool for keeping track of labs and appts. It is in need of work in terms of messages. I cant determine what was in my own message to my provider once it has been sent.

This app has given a new dimension to personal health management. It has helped me communicate with my doctor more often. Just the basic access to timely information concerning my labs, up to date medications and appointments itself changes how I manage my health. I find the reminders extremely useful considering my busy schedules. Would love to see what healow has planned for the next version.
